Ah, this is a sweet story. Which Wich founder Jeff Sinelli, aka “Professor Jeff,” recently returned to MSU, his alma mater, to hang out and spread the vibe among the students in The School of Hospitality and Business. During his trip to Lansing, he was a guest lecturer for three classes: HB 451 (leadership), HB 267 (food and beverage management), and HB 458 (advanced hospitality entrepreneurship). Professor Jeff (class of ’90, BTW) would like to send a shout out to students Tony Pytleski, Luke Magnini (pictured, at the Which Wich in Oklahoma City), Nate Redner, Becky Wolfe, Meagan Hunter, Dan Kostecke, Rachelle Beazley, John Triblo, Katie Weeks, and Emily McCandless. He would also like to thank Dr. Ronald Cichy, Shelly MacMillan, Jeffrey Elsworth, JaeMin CHA, Michael Kasavana, and Lena Loeffler for showing him such excellent, well, hospitality.
