To prove it, we recently released a 32-ounce souvenir cup with our Sandwichfaction Guaranteed printed right there on the cup. It states: We guarantee all wiches. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our wiches at the time you receive it, simply return it for a replacement, refund, or both.

Which Wich Wins COEX Marketing Innovation Award

On March 1, Which Wich was honored with a Marketing Innovation Award at the Chain Operators Exchange (COEX) in Orlando, sponsored by the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA). The first-ever Innovation Awards program recognizes operating companies that are shaping the industry through innovation in culinary, operations, marketing, and service. Which Wich was honored for driving innovation in communications, advertising, or promotions to drive customer attraction and retention, thanks to the unconventional PR campaign surrounding the now-famous Lockjaw incident with Chad Ettmueller.

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches recently unveiled two larger sandwich sizes—10.5 inches and a 14-inch Superwich™—to  complement the classic 7-inch sandwich. All wiches—even the signature Wicked®—are available in three sizes to sate every appetite. In addition, Which Wich has added a 32-ounce plastic stadium cup to offer guests a larger beverage option.

Happy 7th Birthday, Which Wich!

On this day, seven years ago, history was made. Jeff Sinelli opened the first Which Wich in downtown Dallas, on Main Street, and introduced the world to the superior sandwich delivered in a personalized sandwich bag. Flash forward to December 15, 2010. Which Wich has 121 stores in 20 states—and counting. To commemorate this occasion, we hope you’ll wear yellow and eat wiches. Stop by your favorite Which Wich and wish us a happy birthday. We’ll be wearing these sporty tees, the purchase of which helped raise funds for Livestrong.
